   We note every request and work very hard to make each and every tour a success. At Guiding Star there is no such thing as a standard tour so we plan each one carefully and individually. Our policy is to respond to all correspondence within one working day.

4. Guide Selection
   We believe the choice of guide is one of the most important decisions in determining the success of a tour. We always select a guide that matches a group’s expectations and the reason they signed up for a tour.  For example there is no point assigning an atheist to guide a Catholic Holy Land Pilgrimage group; we can assign a Catholic guide. We are also able to assign specialist guides such as archaeologists, environmentalists or historians.
